iLoanSimu is a Loan Calculator Application available on AppStore that allows you to simulate a loan and offers a lot of functionalities.
It allows you to computes the monthly payments with details on interests to be paid,
- offers detailled graphics,
- allows you to save your favorite loans,
- associate a picture for each loan simulation and even send the details by email.
This could also be a usefull app if you are looking to buy a house for example, just take a picture simulate the loan and save in favorite, this will help you compare al your visited houses.

Translated into 5 languages: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Improvements will be made on-demand, and you will be able to freely upgrade to newer versions.

The first view invites you to specify the data for your loan: Specify the amount of the loan, specify the duration either in months or in years (use the toggle switch) and specify the interests rate.
Once done touch the "Simulate Loan" button. The monthly payments and total cost of the loan (amout of total interests to be paid) will be computed and displayed. The pie chart showing the poucentage of total interests and capital will be displayed.
Note that the chart generation requires a data connection (either phone data connection or Wifi).

After touching the "Details" button a second view will be displayed providing the amortization table: for the monthly payment, it gives the exact amount that goes to reimboursing the loan and the amount that corresponds to the interests to be paid for that month.
On the top of the view, a chart is also displayed giving the pourcentage of capital and pourcentage of interest paid.
Note that if the loan duration is less than 3 years (36 months), the chart will display the capital and interest month by month, elsewise each bar will correspond to a year (pourcentage of cumulated capital and interests year by year).

Selecting "Send" in the previous view allows you to send the details of the loan:
Note that:
- If you have an Email account set-up on your iPhone, you will be able to send the amortization table and the charts (the capital/interests pie chart and the detailled bar chart). Also after sending the email, you will be returned to the amortization table view.
- If you do not have an Email account set-up on your iPhone, you will "only" be able to send the amortization table and the application will be quitted when accessing to the mail application.
Therefore it is preferable to have an Email account set-up on your phone.

From the first view, after having simulated a loan, one can also save this loan by selecting the "save" button in the top navigation bar.
A new view will show up and the user can add additional information such as associate a name to the loan, specify the name of the bank nd select a loan type (housing, car loan, money loan of just other loan).
iLoanSimu is also the only application allowing to associate an image to the loan.
Note that if you don't wish to associate a picture a default one will be put for you that corresponds to the loan type.
After slecting save, wait until you get the confirmation message, you can then return to the main view.

From the main view one can also access the favorites loans by selecting the "saved loans" button.
The loans will be displayed by category, and you can scroll up or down on the list of loans. Note that if you select one loan, the amortization table for this loan will be displayed.
Also note that to delete one loan you have to slide on the loan line from left to right or right to left.

By selecting the "i" button (information button), you will be able to get basic information on the application. From this view you can directly access to this web site by selecting the PhoneAppsID button.
